When I reflect back on that childhood memory, I believe that little girl felt some pretty raw emotions. Today, I would describe them as, frustration, loneliness, discouragement, hurt. I can’t remember why, but I remember those feelings bringing me to a moment where I knew I needed to change something/ I didn’t know what or how, but what I did know was I didn’t want to feel that way all the time. And most of all, I wanted to prevent others from feeling the way I did.

That is why I started Your Coach Is In!

In 2011, this memory resurfaced and the desire to help others was re- born. I left a successful career as a realtor to build Your Coach Is In, for you. I believe you matter and what you do matters. The model of our coaching company is to meet you right where you are and when you actually need coaching.
